"I
opted for 1:1 sessions as I’d attended other classes and come away
having enjoyed the experience but not convinced I’d got ‘under the
skin’ of Yoga. I also knew several people who had gone to Yoga classes
and dropped it pretty quickly.
The 1:1s with Luc are excellent
as he observes & discusses then helps you focus on seeming
subtleties which transform Yoga from a few relaxing stretches to
something a lot more powerful. I get the impression it would be very
easy to charge in and think you have understood Yoga but to completely
miss the point; Luc gets you past this. He also works with you to
customise the exercises, which is really helpful.
I found now
I really look forward to doing Yoga at home most days – the habits
definitely stuck. He’s also very easy to get on with."
